Cash: —. Publishers are owed —, — of it due by —. Buyers owe us — on invoices not due yet and — past due, plus about — earned but not invoiced yet; — is in collections. Collecting the invoices not due yet and paying every publisher invoice would leave —.
What we owe today, next to this week's profit so far and the open invoices of buyers who are active and paying us.
A buyer counts when we invoiced it in the last 21 days and it paid us in the last 30 days. Its open invoices that aren't in collections are added, plus what it earned before this week that isn't invoiced yet (this week's calls are already in the profit line). To force a buyer in or out, put its name and Yes or No on the Dashboard Inputs tab.
Cash, plus invoices not due yet, minus every open publisher invoice.
If the past-due invoices come in too (—), you'd end at —. Not counted: — earned but not invoiced yet, and — in collections.
Open publisher invoices, by week (Monday to Sunday).
From the Open Invoices tab, soonest due first. Set Approval right here and it saves to the tracker; approved rows turn green on both.
Unpaid buyer invoices on the Buyer Invoices - AR tab that aren't in collections. Pick Yes under Collections to move one to collections; it then shows only in the In collections table below.
Invoices marked Yes under In collections on the Collections tab, with who's handling them and what's been filed. They're left out of every other number on this page. Pick No to take one back out.
Unpaid balances by buyer, largest first: not due yet, past due and in collections.
The shared link opens the dashboard to view only; anyone you send it to can see it. Personal links can also change the Approval and Collections dropdowns, and admins can manage this list. If a link gets out, press Reset link and send the new one; the old one stops working right away.
